Unlike many large Victorian chests that were \"split\" or cut in half for easier transport over the years, this one has remained as one solid, original piece.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-path-to-node=\"6\"\u003eThe drawer fronts are finished in a beautiful flame mahogany veneer with original turned wooden knobs. It’s a structurally sound and heavy piece of furniture that has a lot of presence.
