The figure appears to be cast in spelter with a dark bronze-effect patinated finish and stands on an ornate circular pedestal decorated with classical cherubs. The lamp is fitted with a later replacement white plastic globe shade.

Dimensions

Width: 20 cm

Depth: 40 cm

Height: 104 cm

Condition

Structurally the figure and pedestal are intact but there is visible wear to the surface finish throughout. The dark patinated finish shows scratches, scuffs, rubbing and areas of surface oxidation, particularly on the raised details and pedestal. One of the figure's feet has a visible hole suggesting a missing fixing or previous attachment. The upper lamp fitting shows age-related wear and the white plastic globe is a later replacement and not original. The electrical condition has not been tested and the lamp should be inspected and rewired by a qualified electrician before use.

Delivery Information

Please note that all of our deliveries are carried out by a one-man delivery service.
