Delivery & Collection

Most mainland UK locations are covered by our standard £65 furniture delivery service, with a reduced local delivery rate of £30 available within 15 miles of Bourne End SL8.

Some remote or harder-to-reach areas may require a different delivery charge, so please check our Delivery Information page before ordering or contact us if unsure.


Furniture deliveries are carried out by one-man couriers, so assistance will usually be required to help unload the item at delivery. Delivery is generally to the door, although some drivers may assist further at their own discretion.


We aim to deliver most furniture items within 10 working days, depending on location and courier routes.


Collection is also welcome from our Bourne End showroom:

Condition & Authenticity

We aim to describe the condition of every item as honestly and accurately as possible, with any notable wear, repairs, damage or imperfections clearly shown in both the description and photographs.


Established since 2005, we have built a strong knowledge of interiors, antiques and period furniture, allowing us to confidently identify and catalogue our pieces.

The statue is in good weathered vintage condition, full of authentic character:

  • Surface: The stone exhibits a heavy and highly desirable outdoor patina, including widespread moss growth, lichen bloom, and natural dark weathering (see detail photos).
  • Wear: There are some minor chips and historic abrasions to the stone throughout, particularly along the sharper edges of the ears, muzzle, and the square base. These small imperfections are entirely typical for vintage garden stone and enhance its antique look.
  • Build: Structurally solid, robust, and very stable, with no deep structural cracks or major missing sections.

Description

An exceptionally graceful garden ornament featuring a slender, upright greyhound sitting on an integral square stone base. Crafted from a high-quality reconstituted stone mix, this statue perfectly captures the alert posture, deep chest, and refined head shape characteristic of sighthound breeds.

The surface has beautifully weathered from years outdoors, developing an organic coating of green moss, lichen, and natural shading that accentuates its smooth lines and muscular curves. Its significant 75cm height makes it ideal for use as a prominent statement piece—perfectly suited for flanking a garden pathway, guarding a doorway, or standing as a focal point at the end of a terrace.
