Antique English Oak Welsh Dresser – 20th Century Farmhouse Plate Rack & Sideboard Base

A traditional early 20th century English oak Welsh dresser, featuring a moulded cornice plate rack over a sideboard base with drawers, raised on turned legs.

Crafted in solid oak with vertical boarded back panels, this classic farmhouse dresser has a generous plate rack top with two fixed shelves, ideal for displaying plates, pottery and kitchenware. The base section comprises three drawers with decorative brass handles, above an open leg frame supported by turned front legs and stretchers.

The piece has a warm, rustic patina and attractive oak grain throughout, embodying the timeless country kitchen aesthetic associated with traditional Welsh and English farmhouse furniture.

There is a visible crack running through the top surface (as pictured). The legs show noticeable wear, scuffs and scratches from years of use. General surface marks, age-related wear and imperfections throughout.
