Delivery & Collection

Most mainland UK locations are covered by our standard £65 furniture delivery service, with a reduced local delivery rate of £30 available within 15 miles of Bourne End SL8.

Some remote or harder-to-reach areas may require a different delivery charge, so please check our Delivery Information page before ordering or contact us if unsure.


Furniture deliveries are carried out by one-man couriers, so assistance will usually be required to help unload the item at delivery. Delivery is generally to the door, although some drivers may assist further at their own discretion.


We aim to deliver most furniture items within 10 working days, depending on location and courier routes.

We aim to describe the condition of every item as honestly and accurately as possible, with any notable wear, repairs, damage or imperfections clearly shown in both the description and photographs.


Established since 2005, we have built a strong knowledge of interiors, antiques and period furniture, allowing us to confidently identify and catalogue our pieces.

Condition

Structurally sound vintage pine blanket box with dovetail joints and solid interior base. Surface has multiple scratches, knocks and scuffs with some visible red ink staining. Original iron handles and brass escutcheon present. Wear is consistent with age and use.

A straightforward vintage pine blanket box offering practical storage and a simple country look. It has dovetailed corners, original iron side handles and a brass escutcheon to the front for a padlock or key. The interior base is solid and the construction is sound, making it ready for everyday use.

Condition

Structurally sound with solid interior base and secure iron handles. The pine surface shows general wear including multiple small scratches, knocks and scuffs, and there are visible marks and a small area of red ink staining as noted by our team. Feet show light knocks and the finish is worn in places; the lock escutcheon is present. This is a usable, honest vintage piece with expected surface wear for its age.
