Most mainland UK locations are covered by our standard £65 furniture delivery service, with a reduced local delivery rate of £30 available within 15 miles of Bourne End SL8.
Some remote or harder-to-reach areas may require a different delivery charge, so please check our Delivery Information page before ordering or contact us if unsure.
Furniture deliveries are carried out by one-man couriers, so assistance will usually be required to help unload the item at delivery. Delivery is generally to the door, although some drivers may assist further at their own discretion.
We aim to deliver most furniture items within 10 working days, depending on location and courier routes.

We aim to describe the condition of every item as honestly and accurately as possible, with any notable wear, repairs, damage or imperfections clearly shown in both the description and photographs.

A decorative vintage carved pine chest of drawers, designed in a French provincial style, featuring ornate carved detailing and elegant cabriole legs.
Constructed from solid pine, the chest features two full-width drawers with elaborate carved floral and scroll motifs, centred around a basket and foliage design. The cabinet stands on shaped cabriole legs with carved detailing to the knees, complemented by a shaped apron with further decorative carving.
The proportions and decorative styling are inspired by Louis XV / French provincial furniture, making it an attractive statement piece suitable for bedrooms, hallways or living spaces.
The piece offers useful storage within two large drawers constructed with traditional dovetail joints, while the flat top provides space for lamps, decorative objects or mirrors.
This chest would work well as a bedroom chest, hallway cabinet, console chest or decorative sideboard, particularly in interiors styled with vintage, rustic, French country or farmhouse décor.

Condition
Condition consistent with age and use.
The chest has been partially stripped or sanded, leaving the timber in a natural unfinished state ready for refinishing if desired.
There is a visible split through the top panel, along with general marks, wear and surface imperfections typical of a previously used piece of furniture.
The drawers operate as expected and the structure remains solid and usable.
