Most mainland UK locations are covered by our standard £65 furniture delivery service, with a reduced local delivery rate of £30 available within 15 miles of Bourne End SL8.

Some remote or harder-to-reach areas may require a different delivery charge, so please check our Delivery Information page before ordering or contact us if unsure.

Condition & Authenticity

We aim to describe the condition of every item as honestly and accurately as possible, with any notable wear, repairs, damage or imperfections clearly shown in both the description and photographs.

Established since 2005, we have built a strong knowledge of interiors, antiques and period furniture, allowing us to confidently identify and catalogue our pieces.

If you would like a more detailed condition report, additional photographs or a walkaround video via WhatsApp or SMS, we are always happy to help.

Please contact us at furniture_@live.co.uk with any enquiries.

A More Sustainable Choice

Choosing antique and reclaimed furniture is one of the most sustainable ways to furnish a home.

Older furniture was often built using solid timber and traditional craftsmanship designed to last for generations, rather than a few years.

By giving these pieces a new home, you help reduce demand for mass-produced furniture while keeping beautiful, characterful items in circulation for years to come.

Dimensions

Height: 80 cm
Width: 125 cm
Depth: 49 cm

Condition

Structural frame intact with central cupboard functioning. Considerable surface wear: scratches, scuffs, dents, chips and colour variations. Sides and interior show traces of old paint; splits and a broken section to the rear panel visible. Lower drawer fronts decorative only; overall heavily distressed consistent with reclaimed vintage timber.

A vintage Indian carved sideboard, probably made from reclaimed architectural timber and finished to a warm honey-brown tone. The front is formed of three large sunburst-carved panels with foliate corners, a central cupboard behind the middle door and three decorative lower drawer fronts with iron ring handles. The top and sides show an intentionally rustic, distressed surface with traces of old paint and staining that confirm its reclaimed character.

Dimensions

  • Width: 125 cm
  • Depth: 49 cm
  • Height: 80 cm

Condition

In fair vintage condition with obvious age-related wear throughout. The top has noticeable surface wear and scuffs; sides and interior retain traces of old paint and staining. There are splits and areas of damaged timber, including a broken section to the rear panel, and some chips and losses to carving edges as photographed. The central cupboard door opens; the three lower fronts are decorative only. Structurally stable for display but sold as a heavily distressed, reclaimed piece — please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
